For the past 10 years my real estate experience has been with buying bank owned HUD homes and flipping them. Through the process of buying and flipping these homes I have become an expert at working with inspectors, contractors, and appraisers, and I know what to look for when it comes to the condition of a home. I am able to see the true potential a home has that other agents may overlook. My ability to assess the condition and potential of homes is one of the many advantages I have that set me apart from other agents.
In addition, I have dedicated the majority of my life caring for others, with over 16 years of customer service experience. My adaptability comes mainly from my experience working as a registered nurse, where I dedicate my life to putting others needs before my own. When I am not practicing all things real estate, I work a second job as a neonatal ICU registered nurse for Metrohealth Medical center! My unit has around 100 nurses and they are my second family! Taking care of infants has been one of the most rewarding parts of my life. Outside of work, I spend every moment I can with my family and friends. My husband Chris and I do not have kids yet, but we hope to someday soon! I have a passion for traveling and I crave exploring new cultures and places. I also love to workout and tackle interior design projects any chance I can get!
